Section I: Rules & Commands
- All users under employment of the Central Intelligence Agency (or any visiting users) should abide by the following rules at all times inside the Headquarters or when working under the name of Central Intelligence Agency;
- Always respect all users no matter race, gender, religion or any other reason they may be treated differently or badly, Discrimination of any kind will be dealt with severely,
- Do not ask anybody for Payment, Promotion or Room Rights at any time,
- Do not hold employment under any other agency while under employment from the Central Intelligence Agency, this act is known as Double Jobbing and is dealt with severely,
- Do not promote yourself, this act is known as "Self Promoting" and will dealt with severly,
- Do not idle, away from keyboard (AFK) or be right back (BRB) while sitting in a work space, use the provided FTB Chairs,
- Please abide by the dress code provided in the “Dress Code” section of the Code of Conduct,
- Respect anybody in the agency regardless of rank or position,
- The use of Dancing and Effects are forbidden from being used within the Central Intelligence Agency as well as any affiliated rooms,
- Always follow orders given by a Superior unless it is unreasonable, if so please refer it to a member of Government or National Security Council,
- Do not be disloyal and disrupt or harm the Central Intelligence Agency in any way,
- Do not abuse powers or permissions that come with your rank or position,
- Do not Bribe, Blackmail or force people into doing things they do not wish to do,
- All users under employment of the Central Intelligence Agency should follow the commands given by superiors. Below lists the commands that are used within the Agency;
- Fill the Front (FTF) - Go to the front desks of the agency and recruit new users into the agency, or let people who already work for the agency inside,
- Fill the Back (FTB) - Go and sit on one of the seats that are not in a workplace, such as the AFK Seats, or the seats dotted around the Headquarters,
- Back to Base (BTB) - This means you must head back to the Headquarters when ordered to by a higher rank,
- Fill the Security (FTS) - Go and work at the security desk, letting people in, sending them to training or kicking them
- Fill the Training (FTT) - Go and Train any users waiting to be trained within the Training Facility
- Clear the Hallway (CTH) - Go to a seat or a workplace instead of standing or sitting about in the middle of the hallways,
- Attention - Stand up in front of the calling officer, stating “Yes, Sir” or “Yes, Ma’am”.
- At Ease - Stand Down and go back to what you were doing before being called to Attention.
- All users under employment of the Central Intelligence Agency should abide by the following rules at all times inside the Headquarters or when working under the name of Central Intelligence;
- Outfits must not affiliate with nudity, racism or duplication
- Personnel who fail to follow the 'Dress Code' will be punished appropriately following Section III: Striking Order
- Striking Protocols,
- First offence, if the worker has just commit their first offence whilst not holding any strikes at the moment of committing the offence, they are required to put a x1 at the end of their motto,
- Second offence, if the worker has a x1 on their motto already and has just committed their second offence, they are required to put a x2 at the end of their motto,
- Third offence, if this is the worker’s third time committing an offence with a x2 already on their motto, they are to be fired if it’s a high-classed offence or demoted if it’s a low-classed offence,
- If the offender removes the strike without being told to by the person who issued the strike, it will result in a demotion that will be dealt with by a member of the Management team,
- If a Low Rank removes their strike without being told to by the person who issued the strike, they are to be demoted by the person who gave them the strike,
- Duration,
- The Maximum length the offender will wear the strike is 1 week (7 days),
- The Minimum length the offender will wear the strike is 3 days,
- The personnel that issued the strike is the one who can legally remove it,
- The strikes may be removed earlier if authorised by a member in the National Security Council,

- Legality,
- In order for the strike to be legal, the strike must be issued by a High Ranking member or higher,
- High ranking members can strike those 2 divisions below them,
- Only those in Government may strike those who are in Management,
- Only the Chief of Staff (1iC) may strike those in Government,
- In order for the strike to be legal, the strike must be issued by a High Ranking member or higher,
- Striking Malfeasance,
- The following offenses are to be striked,
- Failure to follow Section I: Rules & Commands
- If one of the rules in Section I: Rules & Commands states that breaking of these rules will be "dealt with severely" , will be taken to court, as long as evidence is provided,
- Failure to follow Section II: Dress Code
- Failure to follow Section III: Striking Order
- Failure to follow Section I: Rules & Commands
